(More customer reviews)I bought this adapter kit to go with my thule load bars. I installed these on my existing factory rack on my 2004 GMC Envoy. I did have to make some minor adjustments for a proper fit,but it works very nicely on my factory rack and is very secure. The adapters are a little pricey, but very well made.

This is the second set I've installed on my vehicles and have been able to transfer one roof rack system over without having to buy a whole new system.

(More customer reviews)This product is straight forward easy to install as advertised.My roof rails are foolishly body colored rather thansomething more wear forgiving.The soft rubber mounts allow for tight installation and full removal with no marks left or paint abrasion.
The weight gives you confidence that it'll take the load.This sucker is solid.
If I had one gripe it would be that the gear for tightening/loosening requires too many turns.
If I needed a second set, I would not hesitate to buy another set.
