Expect your gas mileage to be significantly reduced when this rack is mounted and loaded with "stuff". Should be removed when not in use. Did not notice any extra wind noise. While the rack and mounts are easy to assemble and mount for anyone used to doing this sort of thing I would say for the inexperienced installer the
instructions need to be completely redone they are incomplete and confusing, which is the only reason I did not give a perfect score.
